Please note that as-built homes may be modeled and tested but there is little if any opportunity to increase the EnerGuide rating once the home is built. The optimal process is to get consulting to increase your energy performance prior to the home being built.
Builders must sign and return Natural Resources Canada’s ERS Licensing Agreement in order to have their files approved for EnerGuide rating. If the Builder does not have an ERS number they will need to either sign the Licensing Agreement that has been sent to them by Natural Resources Canada or use the following link to get one

Please enter your company and contact information for access to the CanadaGreenHomes web application. Once you have access, you may enroll your home, entering the address and uploading the plans and specs. EnerVision will then assign this project to a Certified Energy Advisor. EnerVision will invoice you for the modelling, testing and labelling of this home.
